This Type 99 model gun comes with superbly detailed wood stock that has correct partioning. The receiver and bolt are also of same high quality and authentic Imperial Japanese markings are accurately reproduced. Brass-made plug fire cartridges are also accurately modelled after the real 7.7mm cartridges and they can be fired like real, producing smoke, sparks and firing sound as a result! Bolt-action and ejection/insertion of cartridges works exactly like in real. As a interesting tidbit. the Tanaka Arisaka Type 99 airsoft bolt-action rifle was in fact based on this model gun.
